1. OVERVIEW
Welcome to the official Vinny Ten Racing merchandise store!
KingOfBoost.com is operated by Ten Speed Entertainment Corp, a privately held corporation organized in the State of New York.
Throughout these Terms of Service, "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Ten Speed Entertainment Corp.
By accessing our website or purchasing merchandise, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable store policies.
These terms apply to merchandise and products sold through KingOfBoost.com.
2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We offer official Vinny Ten Racing merchandise, apparel, accessories, limited-edition collections, and other products that may become available.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizes, pricing, and availability.
Actual merchandise colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing variations.
We reserve the right to modify product offerings, discontinue merchandise, or limit quantities, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
3. LIMITED-EDITION AND FINAL-SALE MERCHANDISE
Certain Vinny Ten Racing merchandise is produced in limited quantities or offered exclusively in connection with special events, promotions, or merchandise releases.
Products clearly identified as FINAL SALE before purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to changes in size preference, customer preference, or a change of mind.
Limited-edition merchandise is not automatically final sale unless that restriction is clearly disclosed before purchase.
Final-sale restrictions do not eliminate applicable legal rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or unfulfilled merchandise.
We reserve the right to discontinue limited-edition designs without producing additional inventory.
4. PRICING, PAYMENTS AND SALES TAX
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccurate product descriptions, or technical errors.
If an error materially affects your order, we will contact you regarding the correction. You may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected order for a refund.
We will not charge an increased price without your authorization.
5. ORDER CONFIRMATIONS AND ACCEPTANCE
After completing a purchase, customers receive an electronic order confirmation.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order and payment information. Orders remain subject to product availability, payment verification, and applicable fraud-prevention procedures.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and issue an appropriate refund.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, payment irregularities, or unavailable merchandise, subject to applicable law.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders for available merchandise are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Products offered as preorders, made-to-order merchandise, or special orders may have different shipping schedules. Any applicable extended shipping period will be disclosed before purchase.
We currently ship to the 50 United States, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico.
Standard Shipping: $7.95 per order.
FREE SHIPPING on eligible merchandise orders totaling $100 or more.
The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before applicable sales taxes.
We generally ship merchandise using USPS or UPS.
Shipping transit times vary based on the carrier, service, and destination.
Our order-processing period is separate from the shipping carrier's transit time.

7. SHIPPING DELAYS AND CUSTOMER RIGHTS
We make reasonable efforts to ship merchandise within the timeframe disclosed when the customer places an order.
If we determine that an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the opportunity to consent to a revised shipping date or cancel the affected order for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law.
If merchandise cannot be supplied, we will cancel the affected order and issue the appropriate refund, including applicable shipping charges, as required by law.
Customers retain all cancellation and refund rights provided under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule and other applicable consumer-protection laws.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible at sales@kingofboost.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before merchandise enters fulfillment or shipment.
Cancellation requests made after an order has shipped are generally handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
These restrictions do not limit cancellation or refund rights that customers are entitled to exercise under applicable law.
9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Eligible regular merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
To qualify for a standard return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with change-of-mind returns.
No restocking fee is charged for eligible standard returns.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns, except as required by law.
Products clearly identified as FINAL SALE before purchase are excluded from ordinary change-of-mind returns and exchanges.
Regular merchandise purchased during a promotion remains eligible for standard returns unless it was clearly designated FINAL SALE before purchase.
Approved refunds are generally initiated to the original payment method within five business days after receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, or sooner when required by law.
If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at sales@kingofboost.com.
We will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law and cover necessary return shipping when the merchandise is defective or we made a fulfillment error.
Customers may request a written copy of our Return and Refund Policy at any time.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10. CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing orders.
Customers should carefully review merchandise sizes, quantities, and shipping addresses before completing checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct shipping information before fulfillment. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has shipped.

Vincent Ten personally owns his name, racing identity, and merchandise designs created or owned by him.
Ten Speed Entertainment Corp is a separate legal entity authorized to market, distribute, and sell merchandise using the Vinny Ten Racing name and applicable designs.
Operation of this website does not transfer ownership of Vincent Ten's personal name, identity, merchandise designs, or other personally owned intellectual property to Ten Speed Entertainment Corp.
Other trademarks, photographs, artwork, logos, and intellectual property displayed on this website remain the property of their respective owners.
Website visitors may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected merchandise designs, photographs, logos, or other content without permission from the applicable rights holder.
12. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE
Customers agree to use KingOfBoost.com only for lawful purposes.
Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access attempts, interference with website functionality, and misuse of website content are prohibited.
