VINNY TEN RACING — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We appreciate your support of Vinny Ten Racing and the motorsports community. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and have established the following return policy.
STANDARD MERCHANDISE — 14-DAY RETURNS
We accept returns of eligible regular merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition.
- Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Merchandise designated as Final Sale is excluded from standard returns.
To request a return, email sales@kingofboost.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
Please wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending merchandise back.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns, including returns due to changes in size preference or a change of mind.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.
We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible standard merchandise returns.
LIMITED-EDITION & FINAL-SALE MERCHANDISE
Certain Vinny Ten Racing merchandise is produced in limited quantities or offered for a limited time.
Products clearly identified as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind or size preference.
This includes specifically designated limited-edition merchandise and special-order products.
Final-sale restrictions do not affect applicable customer rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly at sales@kingofboost.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs if available.
We will work with you to resolve the problem through an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund.
Ten Speed Entertainment Corp will cover necessary return shipping costs when we are responsible for the error or the item is defective.
REFUNDS
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within five business days after inspection.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
